Membership Terms

VALIDITY

Membership status is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your principal balance never expires. Bonus credit expires 12 months after purchase if unused.

 

SPENDING ORDER

By default, bonus credit is applied first. Principal balance is used only after bonus credit is exhausted.

 

TIER MAINTENANCE 

Your tier is determined by your purchase amount and remains valid for 12 months, regardless of how much of your balance has been used. Even if your balance is fully spent, your tier remains valid until the expiration date. Once your tier expires, it will automatically lapse. To renew your tier, simply top up your account balance, including any remaining principal, to reach the required tier threshold. A full new deposit is not required.

 

DISCOUNT STACKING

Whether membership benefits may be combined with other limited time promotions, such as spend and save offers or holiday promotions, is subject to the rules of that specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, stacking is not allowed by default, and the greater discount will apply.

 

REFUNDS

Account balances, including both principal and bonus credit, are in principle non refundable. If a refund is required due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, the refund amount will be based solely on the remaining principal. Bonus credit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

TRANSFERABILITY

Membership accounts and balances are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others.

 

SCOPE

The bar and cafe operate under one unified membership system, with shared credit and benefits across both. Should this scope change, the most current published version shall apply.

 

USE OF BENEFITS

Membership benefits apply only to the cardholder and to any guests explicitly specified within the benefit terms. Any usage beyond this scope will be charged at regular price.

 

CONDUCT

Florist Bar and Co. reserves the right to suspend or revoke a member's status in cases of disruptive conduct, verbal abuse toward staff, or other inappropriate behavior, without any refund.

 

AMENDMENTS

All final interpretations of this membership program are at the discretion of Florist Bar and Co. Should these terms be revised, the most recently published version shall apply. No individual notice will be provided.
